Yes, it's possible to restore more than once, but don't make a habit out of it.

And finally, don't PM us about avatar restoring. We might be busy during the day, so we'll get to it as soon as possible.

Also, the restoring is available for a maximum 30 days after the avatar has been deleted. Longer than that, and the avatar can't be recovered anymore.
