Economy balance discussion

Granted all this takes time, but the options are there not to mention that you don't have to buy any of the poses to experience them. Outfits and body modification are sorta what irk me a bit since I love to change my look in-game every now and then. However it's merely all eye candy and whatnot, meaning one does not need to own it or have it. Though should a person want it they have the options to earn enough for it in about an hour give or take.

So how do you make money in game?   Just came on $0 and made some in rodeo, equals about $2500/hour.   Enough as all I seem to be able to buy is a swimsuit and a room.

Done poses that cost $4000 and $10,000 so I am told, much more than an hour.   If true why should others pay for pose anyway?

Welcome to MNFClub, where the economy is broken and our complaints don't matter. Real money is the only way to get decent amounts of money in this game.

I don’t see how the economy is “broken” as there are people selling goods and services(room designs, premium codes to this game and other games, EXP/RP sessions, and etc) and there are people who are purchasing those said goods/services. And the only reason this economy exist is because the devs listened to complaints of the many that wanted to stop alt farming. As much as a lot of people want to bring it back (alt farming), it doesn’t seem likely do that fact it wouldn’t be be fair to the suppliers if the money became worthless again... We are gonna have to live with consequences...

Along with the apartment designers and code sellers have come the scammers:  those that sell false codes and sell other peoples' designs.   Escorts are not necessarily a bad thing but I don't think they existed before.   They allow low levels to go with high levels, to see prem positions, when before they would have been ignored.   But it is buying XP and people (nearly all girls) are being exploited.  OK to hand over 50% to someone if they provide the clients but they don't.   As you said, alt farming was open to all, only some can design apartments.

I had to pay 50k for a custom design and if I knew that this could happen but still take the risk.
I saw the way to pay for parts, but I think there are very few designers who accept that agreement.

I believe that it is equivalent to 30% those who are scammed with codes and apartment designs.

So 3 ways to scam.
1 Buy design and resell so scamming original designer
2 Sell design as exclusive and then sell again so scamming original purchaser
3 Just disappear   As seems here
Pay for parts?   I pay part when you send me 1 wall design and another when you send me floor design I guess.

Largely true for new players who have not got alt farming reserves.   Hour in mini-game gives $2,500, hour at minimum wage gives real $10 worth $10,000 in game.

JohnSins does not see how economy is broken.    And he is right up to a point.   A new non-prem player only needs $600-$700 max :  a swimsuit and a room.

People are selling room designs and premium codes but there is scamming associated with it.   And it relies on people bringing in game money to pay for it.

Many wanted to stop alt farming because they were too lazy to do it themselves: it was envy but it was open to all whereas room designing needs skills.

Money just meant more outfits, did it matter if I had 6 swimsuits and you only one?   Money was pretty worthless.   Now, poses cost money and outfits more.   So people want more money and because it is harder to get they don’t pass it on.

Mnf have prioritised money by increasing prices but not increasing its supply apart from real $ purchasing.

If i really prefer to pay 5k for the floor what pay 30k to receive something that I did not ask for or worse yet, not receive anything.

Exactly, and them adding a new minigame that caps at $50 per play just proves that they aren't interested in fixing the economy. It takes ~60 seconds to get $50 in Flappy Petnis, so this math should be easy. That equates to:

2 minutes for one hour in the normal hotel
4 minutes for one hour in the city hotel
12 minutes for one hour in a VIP room (prem only)
20 minutes for any of the $1000 clothing options (many of the earlier clothing is also cheaper, but mostly prem only)

So far, this isn't bad, the pre-bank economy seems pretty solid. Then we get into the stuff they have added since they added the Bank:

80 minutes (just over 1 hour) for the FF Pose (or $4 IRL) (prem only)
100 minutes (1.6 hours) for the Egyptian Dress (or $5 IRL) (prem only)
200 minutes (3.3 hours) for the dildo threesome pose (or $10 IRL) (prem only)
1000 minutes (16.6 hours) for an Apartment (or $50 IRL) (prem only)

Now I am all for working towards a goal, but grinding the same 4 minigames for hours (per character) is simply ridiculous, and even the devs know that, hence the Bank. I pose a question, one that will damn me as well, but...

Aren't we ultimately here to masturbate? As far as time management, there are better (free) ways.

In my opinion, There will always be an economy inbalance as long as the game has the "Pay to win" motto.

Yup. Oh, and look at that, a new $10,000 dress and a $5000 crown. Almost like they just wanted to prove our point.

Go ahead, defend their greed.

Don't we already have a dress in the game why another one, I mean it's nice it's an update let's me know they're still working on it but I mean I would've liked a male outfit maybe like a pharoh one to match the Egyptian queen one.
