The certificate of 3 months expire 1 day after. For example you activate the code the 5th of july then expires the 6th of october. The 6 months code expire 2 days after. And 12 months(at least me was 5/7 days after)

I don't think there's a set price, so you'd have to ask the sellers themselves to see what their prices are.

I'm not trying to get approved, I got 6 codes I'm trying to get rid of and then I'm done.... I'm more than willing to get approved if you can state me where in T.O.S. I'm breaking the rules....
