It's saturday night, I found myself drinking
I'm at the local club, looking for someone
I dance and flirt but can't seem to end
The aching in my heart, that paralising feeling
Because I can't find you among the crowd
Friends joke about it, try to make me react
But I can't seem to find your caring eyes
I drink and drink, and remember the moments we talked, the night we looked upon the stars
My dream was there, at that moment, in the way you looked to the sky and smiled at me
But then I wake up from my daydream
And this night is equally filled with stars as that one night
And I can't help but sigh
I'm at the local club, looking for someone
I dance and flirt but can't seem to end
The aching in my heart, that paralising feeling
Because I can't find you among the crowd
Friends joke about it, try to make me react
But I can't seem to find your caring eyes
I drink and drink, and remember the moments we talked, the night we looked upon the stars
My dream was there, at that moment, in the way you looked to the sky and smiled at me
But then I wake up from my daydream
And this night is equally filled with stars as that one night
And I can't help but sigh
