The one thing a lot of people remember from the past are some ill-fated groups that pretty much made it impossible for guilds/clans/groups/etc to be much a thing until the About bios started kicking into gear. A look back into the threads for groups that pretty much just seized territory and annoyed people will explain Cath's reaction and others who have been around long enough to remember past fiascoes. Drama can never be fully avoided on the island, but I commend the majority of groups I've seen for not seeking it out.

My personal thoughts can be summed up by my predecessor:

"If you can make this work without any problems coming from it, I'd be very impressed. I wish you luck in your venture."

Maybe Z. Maybe. but that's good advice there Cath. Although I spoke to Vadim and from what he said (my offer is appreciated) but yous are not looking for moderators right now :3
But I said if yous ever need any help, I'm more than willing too, played since the beta, respectful, professional, and it will help within my industry experience for my games course :3

I guess I went for the 3rd alterative option...  doing something different, without becoming a Moderator

*Inspector Sins arrives* Jokes aside, I have been investigating them and kept some tabs. Their influence to other players is negligible. 

Personally I think as long as your joking stuff like this should be fine so long as you clarify since it's difficult to tell sometimes from reading text. If a mod still bans you for it then I feel like their just abusing their power.
