Well, regarding MM pose. People keep saying, it's just a small percentage of this game. Indeed, it is a small part, but it still is a part of this game. And on top of that, some of those gay people are also Premium users. So, indeed, it might not be a pleasure for the devs to work at this pose, but, they should think about the fact that, once and if they will release that pose, that small number of gay people might grow.
