What irritates me is not the fact that some get banned that ability needs to exist in any & all games of this nature. BUT when a person is banned for supposedly harassing someone then they should at the very least be given the opportunity to defend such claims. Because we do not all have English as our first language & because some find it more difficult to distinguish RPing from real life things can & are misunderstood. Sometimes the more mature adult approach is not to simply ban someone but to discuss what has been claimed & ascertain the truth behind the situation!
Yes I have just been banned & no I have not intentionally harassed anyone, IF my in character RPing has upset ANYONE then I sincerely apologize for that as it was never intended. HOWEVER as a paying customer of this game I would have thought that I would at the very least be accorded the basic right of being innocent until proven guilty & that at the very least a moderator would have approached me for some clarification? I honestly do not think that a level of due process where the accused is asked to explain themselves is to much to ask for?

Usually, if not all, people who are banned are given multiple warnings before they get banned, especially with our in game mods being super chill and too lenient at times. You probably did something more than just harass people solely on RPing. I am however jumping to conclusions, so if you do want "justice", you should state your claim to the support team( team.mnfclub@gmail.com )where they can tell you exactly why you were banned. Hopefully it's temporary, and godspeed.

Cath: Thank you for looking into this for me & I would greatly appreciate your feedback on what I did that was consider to be harassment. As I said if I caused offense it was purely unintentional & certainly not meant to be harassment.

Well I just received another email that tells me very little about what I am supposed to have done to warrant a ban! Is it standard practice to ban people with no detailed explanation other than to say they were harassing someone but give no explanation as to what that harassment was?
To say that as a paying member of this club that I seem to have been treated poorly & very unfairly is a considerable understatement. I wrote seeking some clarification & received a 1 word reply! Harassing! No details no request for clarification or for me to explain or anything just 1 word. That is unsatisfactory by any standards

I'm not sure what happened. And I can't say for sure, but mistakes happen. I dunno how much experience you have with mmo games, but you get reported by other players, moderators/gamemasters check the logs and make a decision. Contacting everyone involved in every report would be far too time consuming. This is also why you can contact support if you feel the ban was unjustified, and explain things from your perspective. And if it was unfair (or perhaps you're just given a second chance) you'll get unbanned again. We want to avoid unfair bans, but they can happen, no one is perfect. I apologise that something seems to have gone wrong in this case, and hopefully that won't stop you from having fun in the future now that you have been unbanned.

The thing is I have made the request for explanation you suggest & the only communication I have received has been one word! I do not feel that is an explanation nor has anyone sort to get my side of anything here. I have in no way intentionally harassed anyone & I find it offensive that some has made such as ruling on my actions without at the very least telling me what it is I did that constituted harassment.
As for my experience with MMO it is extensive & never before have I received such treatment

What do YOU think was the reason why you got banned? You keep on saying RPing, however very little details have been given on your part. What were you RPing? With whom were you RPing with? Were you told to stop multiple times? Did you stop? There has been a lot of trolling recently, especially last night, and saying that you were RPing isn't going to cut it...

John Smith has got a point, you need to be more precise about what you did and with whom. The more info you give, the easier it is to sort out the problem.
