Allow us to progress without having to change speeds/variation. So those who may not be into anal can avoid it during poses. The progress bar should increase as long as sex is happening no matter the option selected. This will allow more freedom, role playing, and happiness of the players.
Life is short, don't hold grudges, enjoy every moment, make it precious. Sex is natural, sex is right, sex is awesome, day or night.
