sorry for explaining so briefly, but what I meant by repeating is telling the story to yourself, your friends or your family. It's been a tradition which many religious and non-religious circles have exercised for centuries and it stands for the worth of sharing something you have with the people who need it most. I did not intend to make anyone copy paste this story, you merely tell somebody you know, like or love, or you just repeat it for yourself. It's very relaxing and can sometimes even help you get over a bad week!
