How do you pay for internet without a bank account?  If you have a bank account you can get a debit card.

Thank you for this new idea!
I´m a pensioner from Germany, and I don´t wanna buy an expensive credit card, cause I don´t need one!
(except for playing internet games, haha!)
Of course I have a bank account, tomorrow I will ask them for a Debit Card (don´t know whatever it is?)
