The quickest and easiest way for the devs to make such pose(s) is to recycle existing ones - and it works; they've done it before (compare Dominatrix and Femme Fatale, for instance) and the result is usually satisfactory.

They also recycled parts of animations too - for example, the males' faces in the Double Penetration pose… the leftmost male's face is the same as the one in the Muff Diving pose, while the rightmost one reuses the male's face from Spooning. Pearly gates does the same (using faces from Muff Diving and Climbing the Tree).
