I believe that it is equivalent to 30% those who are scammed with codes and apartment designs.

So 3 ways to scam.
1 Buy design and resell so scamming original designer
2 Sell design as exclusive and then sell again so scamming original purchaser
3 Just disappear   As seems here
Pay for parts?   I pay part when you send me 1 wall design and another when you send me floor design I guess.
