Please just do it then, I don't see why you need permission from the Joanna, as she never asked the original person from the first suggestion thread. Youre the perfect person to do it, and since you want to do it, then do it... her thread can stay as a censuses general thread, where you can take stuff from there and organize them to their "specific threads," (or a mod will just close it) than after we poll one thread, we can go to the next in some specific order....
