This is a long thread and only read it partially but would like to add my 0.02c

TL/DR
First I would like to clarify some economic concepts and propose a solution

- Having so much money in circulation is good and helped all others players.
No, all the money we have stashed in ours avatars is not circulating.
For money to circulate most be invested in a bank earning interest and also being lent to those in need to start or expand a business that
generate an employment force and then increase a demand for items and goods. And we know that is not happening in the game.

To make things worse the MNF Bank is issuing money in the form of 1K daily that get stashed in avatar accounts making money loose their value and leading to inflation, and someone pointed correctly that costumes and apartments are now more expensive and expected to raise more.
Another side effect is that money tend to concentrate in a few hands.

- Should be easy to make money
Money should never be easy to acquire like in real life and the reason is that once you have money that you can't spend because there is not enough goods and services money start to loose their value and leading to inflation.

Not even in real life there is a good solution to this problem, but can be controlled
1- Let the non premium accounts transfer money to another account via MNF Bank, that lead to innovation and generate a demand for goods and services.
2- MNF Bank should implement a Monetary Policy, raising the transfer rate (currently 0% ?????) to 1-5% of every transaction, that reduces the liquidity in a long term.
3- Introduce premium codes for 1 month
4- Add more expensive options of current real state like apartments with two rooms
