Well there's one room in this game that does not live up to its potential and that's the Banquet room upstairs in the western bar.

 But surely it there already:  the last button on the left toggles between PMs and Bio.

That room, normally called the Cabaret, has been open since I joined and still has no real purpose.   It should be put to some use.
