I was particularly annoyed when I found out that you only need prem to buy apartment – not use it. Unlike clothes/petnis, which you don’t lose but can’t use you can still use apt when prem runs out. Found this out a day or two after buying when someone else’s prem expired but found apt still available.
If I had known this I would have upgraded a non-prem and bought in her name: think I can still collect $1000/day. If I could sell for 50% I would still do that.
You can use one basic background and just tweak it – eg change a photo on wall for each AV.
Museum does not seem to be JPEG which is a problem. You could post design here with a watermark to be removed upon payment.
If forum was better used by members then Devs might take more notice.
