So I just feel that from a game point of view, the game should have more level bonuses, something for each level would be a nice added bonus... i.e. a pose, clothing, a location unlock, something new for each level...

OK so now i understand what you meant....you meant some sort of reward for achieving a higher level.....I would agree with that.  Something like "a pose, clothing, a location unlock, something new for each level"... yes i would agree....

However to be clear, 
1.  I think one flaw in the Baths is that sex is free so people are using it to get easy Sex Exp Points to "Level-up".  I believe the intention was to make the baths for a public sex fantasy.  Instead it's being used to avoid paying for a room & avoid the labor of making a friend before sex.   So if a new location was provided as a bonus for achieving a higher level, i would design it with caution.  It would probably have a large membership fee if sex is free or charge a small rental fee to use a "bed" within the location or require a special sex pose that distinguishes you as a user that earned rights to have sex there. 
2. There is also the potential problem of having too many high level users gathering in the Higher Level Location that leaves low level users isolated & lost.  The new location must not be an all-inclusive location.  There must be a reason for people to go back into the rest of the world to mingle with new users as well.
