Now I know we get all sorts here, and I know there are at least a few med students and possibly a doctor around too here and there. But I am genuinely curious as this arrangement would have worked. I give a $25 USD certificate ($17 if I get it through Vendo and get the right discount #cheapplug) and she spends what, thousands of dollars just to fly across the pond to fuck an American she's never met?

And all this while she's a cardiologist heart specialist? From what I know of doctors, any that are young enough to even be a fellow would be working like a friggin' maniac. Am I wrong to think that anyone under 50 I'd want to fuck, who's also a successful heart specialist, would have trouble just justifying a day off to fuck some random dude she's never met in another damn country just for $25?
