you can attach pictures from your own computer with the attachement bar:
    attached under your post... or
   
    to insert into post ;-))

or you can a insert a picture by inserting (see green circle) the (web) link to the picture who is in a (own or other) webspace or gallery ( this could be a uploadpie link too ...)
or linking to a webpage (see red circle).
   
.. if you use own webspace, be careful which informations could be read there about you ;-))
