Ok...one last time...my nutritional breakfast
Orange and/or Carrot Juice
Low fat cereals with milk (soja milk of course)
Seeds Bread with a slice of low fat ham
Followed by 2 or 3 hours in the gym... and 2 or 3 coffee's (my poison)
