Perhaps I came on too strong. No one is perfect and we all make mistakes. Hopefully they regret it at least. We learn from our mistakes. ^^

Also, yeah, I didn't think anyone would notice my lame rhyme.  Heart

Even if I had been in the game from the first day, even if I got to welcome the new ones, greet them and get to know some a little more than other; I have to say that most are forgetting about how their First day was. They do stick around the groups they are in, with the friends that they have, being more and more selective of those that they want to welcome.
Have patience and move around, eventually you will find those that are in the game for the community and all that it is implied with it.
Here to help and guide.

I remember some of my first days in the game. Running around, trying to meet people and make friends. Smile
Until one day, when I was hit by the reality. As I was greeting the mass of people sitting on the bridge in the park, I heard a voice. A voice which turned out to be MDMAs, friendly asking, and I quote :
"What the fuck is a Vrook?"
It was a nice day. Smile

When MDMA ask that, you can't respond anymore. Just move along. Smile

My first days were spent just trying to have as much virtual sex as possible. I was there from the start, accepting colds, 'enjoying' the silent clicking. It wasn't until a couple of weeks had gone by that I really began socialising. But when I did, I was welcomed readily by a large group of friends, some of whom have since flown the nest, others I am still very close to, not just within MnF anymore.

As such, I do my best to be welcoming to the new players, so long as they try to be a part of the community. Many stand around, silent, but there is no knowing their reasons for that. I see no point in trying to make anybody feel unwelcome, only those that make a clear effort to annoy, abuse or offend other players.

Sadly Kyrios, your story is something I have seen far too often, and other scenes similar. As Emmie said, we all mistakes, but we do learn, or at least most of us do. And I'm glad you gave the Alley a second chance.

I think the main reason I didn't leave after my first hour on MnF Club was thanks to the Forum. I feel like people are nicer in general on the forum, and that was my way in. I'm in no way an expert on which areas to go to. But I like the Alley cause it has had the least amount of drama. So if you're new and just wanna find people to chat with, swing by the Alley, even if I'm not there, might be someone else interested in chatting. ^^

Hmm, how can I ever forget my first day in MNF? First day of creating this character of mine, spawned at the motel room with a bunch of ladies and gents and just as I was trying to tinker about, an invite to a room pop ups. I told her I had no idea what to do, she laughed and says follow my lead, I'll show you the ropes with a smile.

And there I was, getting handled first few minutes playing the game. Quite an experience I say Wink

And to Dark, Kyrious and Cath, feel free to chat with me if we meet in game. Would love to hang out with you guys  Heart
