Location: a new MNF Hospital 
Character(s): Male and Female avatars
Plot: In-game Females or NPC females go to the MNF hospital and talk to a nurse. They discover they are infected with the Horny Bunny Virus that makes them want lots of male cum. They wait in a MNF hospital bed for a cure.  The only cure is to get filled with cum. Males players visit to fuck the infected females at the hospital to give them the cure.  Male players Cum In.  
It can operate similar to the shower sex.  Players sit in a hospital bed & wait for a partner to join for sex. 
Playing modes
Mode 1: Player with Player mode
Mode 2: NPC mode.  Scroll & Pick an NPC partner. 
Reward: Earn a sex pose for the first visit.  Potentially add a reward of MNF dollars to males who donate cum and females who collect cum

Name of game: Sex Brawl
Location: Prison
Characters: player vs. player + spectators (like at the stripper pole)
Game play modes
1. Player (Male / Female / Futa) vs. Player (Male / Female / Futa)
2. Spectator (Male / Female / Futa)
Plot Summary:
The prison gets an area where so-called "sex brawls" are organized. Could also just be a cell. Two players square off in a sex fight that starts with being the first to strip the other of their prison garb (upper + underwear) and then then fuck them. Points are allocated to the speed and garments removed in the first part, and for who manages to stay on top in the second part.
Scene 1 Players: Player steps into cell, waits for another player to fill opponent slot.
Scene 1 Spectators: Players can pick between opponent slot or spectator slot.
Scene 2 Players: Players click on their opponents torso/legs to rip off their prison garb. This will summon a prompt in which both players must quickly press directional keys: the higher the disparity in level between two players, the less keys have to be pressed by the higher of the two. In case of equal levels, both players have the same amount of keys to press. If the attacking player succeeds, the opponent is stripped of their upper/lower garment. If the attacking player fails, the attack is negated. 
Once upper garment have been removed, underwear is next: bra and panties for ladies/futa, tank top and shorts for guys. Once the opposing player is naked, the next screen launches.
Scene 2 Spectators: you can tip money (10, 25, 50, 100) to the player you are backing, and you can only back prior to the fight!
Scene 3 Players: the player that won the first round gets to pick a pose in which they fuck their opponent, the goal being to fill the meter ASAP so that your opponent cums/you cum in them. You fill the meter by rapidly pressing <= & => keys. Meanwhile the opposing opponent gets a sequence of directional keys to press ASAP to "break free" and release a pose of their own on their opponent, shifting their objective to filling that meter. 
Scene 3 Spectators: you are given the opportunity to bet an additional sum of money on your chosen player.
Scene 4 Players: The player to first make the opponent cum/cum in them, Winning player strikes a victory pose, losing player kneels and hangs head in shame.
Scene 5: End game.
Reward players: Winner collects all the money bet on them including "prize money" from the game itself which could be somewhere between $250 - $500. 
Reward Spectators: Spectators earn 20% of the total money the victor receives.

Mini games in the games don't pay that much so the players can buys things ...... and also some basic things should be buyable for non-premium players like house and flats ..... new CAN CAN mini game do not pay any money ..... it should be fixed....

Whether the minigames are fun or not depends on each person.
What I am sure of is that I play flappy 10 minutes a day to collect $, and then I go round the casino to try my luck.
