cant activate premium account

i was doing payment of premium account.. but when i choose india as  country.. the state section was empty.. it was showing none. even if i clicked on it.. can some one tell me what is the problem about??

I believe the State box applies to the United States only. In the same way that UK counties don't show up. Just leave it blank, and you should be okay.

Probably. I can't remember; I bought premium up a long time ago, and it just renews now.

just leave it blank, i did....if you cant make the payment, something else is wrong then

i tried to make the payment.. but it is showing some bank system error.. why??
