good question.
The Devs have made no guarantees regarding the 4some pose. In my communication with them they have only said they "will consider it".
However in my experience the devs are maintaining a list of requests and they address them when they are ready. I have seen some items requested and get updated as fast as a few months while others get added in a year later & others like the skin change option that took 2 years. The key to remember is that we have provided them with strong evidence of the demand with this poll. Hopefully they'll consider it a priority.
