Getting High on Gnome Juice

On a dark night
we once three shared.
Secrets of our lives.
Buried.  Still alive.

We understood.
We became one.
We cared.

Together again
in our secret place.
Our family is growing.
A bright new face.

How I wish I would be as dilligent as you are... I have been most unfair to many of my fellow writers in that regard. Sad

Agreed! Great piece. I love the effort in these short poems/stories. Very vivid. I'll admit that gnome is kind of cute Wink
