Hello, Cath's here for another Sunday's mini thread!
I don't know about you, but when I have a breakfast, it's mostly with a bowl of cereal. But this case isn't only for me, I hope so.
So, today's topic is... milk before cereal?
Do you put your cereal before the milk, or the milk first?

Cereals with milk, a bowl of milk(low fat) and cereals, sometimes I put some honey

I haven't had cereals in... Forever. >_> But I sometimes get müsli! And not with milk, but with processed sour milk or quark. Not entirely sure if that is the correct name for either, but both are quite popular in Sweden. And healthy. ^^

I rarely eat Cereal, because i run and swim in the morning. I need more carbohydrates and protein than cereal can provide. My morning breakfast usually consist of a lot of eggs and a little bacon. Sometimes a lot of grits, cheese, and real butter all mixed together with the eggs and bacon. As far as milk goes i usually drink a glass full, a long with apple juice, and orange juice during breakfast.
