If I buy and cancel premium, will it continue until the subscription times up? Also will I lose all of my content and have to buy/unlock them again?
Can you have sex with any NPCs? I mean come on I found that nurse pretty hot! lol

If you cancel your premium subscription, the premium will continue until the time runs out. Once premium is gone, you won't be able to access your premium content until you get premium again. But clothes and sex scenes will not have to be rebought/unlocked again the next time.
You can't have sex with npcs, but you can make them have sex with eachother, or with your petnis. It requires items and/or in-game money though.
