There are also some buyers who are also scammers, demanding the code before they pay.... even MnF doesn't sell codes that way, so why would a seller give the code before getting money
in fact what business in the real world lets you leave the shop with the goods before paying

The reason why there are not a lot of payment options is because certain payment methods dont want to support an adult game.
